Letter From Membership Vice President

Hello! Welcome to Alpha Xi Delta! My name is Alanah Knutsen and I am the Membership Vice President of Boise State’s Alpha Xi Delta Epsilon Psi chapter.

I am so happy to know you are interested in our sisterhood!

Joining Alpha Xi Delta will be an experience I will never forget and will cherish forever! I have been pushed to believe in myself, gain confidence and leadership skills, create networks, and throughout all of that I have gained wonderful friendships that I know will last a lifetime. Alpha Xi Delta most importantly has given me a home away from home and has filled me with so much love.

Alpha Xi Delta’s vision is to inspire women to realize their potential. With this, we have four main values including sisterhood, leadership, knowledge and service. We are dedicated to all these values, and are all values I see in every single one of my sisters.

In addition to our values, we are also very dedicated to our philanthropy, Autism Speaks. We work to promote awareness and acceptance of autism. We raise money by putting on events for the whole community like lip sync battles, football frenxi and taco frenxi!

I am proud to be a part of Greek life here at Boise State and I am honored to be an Alpha Xi Delta. I highly encourage whoever is reading this to go Greek so you can also find your home away from home wherever that may be!

Feel from to contact me anytime at alanahknutsen@u.boisestate.edu.
